ITALY is 73! It is part the category defined by the status "Partly FREE
Last year we were 65 first place and still floating around the position 40. Last year when we were FREE considered was 2002. Currently we are behind countries like Benin (71), Namibia (66), Costa Rica (27) and in front instead, but only by a whisker, to Botswana, East Timor and Montenegro, which are all three to 78 place. I question the need to add more. END
