Senate today approved the Decree Law 103 amending the crisis with regard to the portion of the tax shield. Another bullshit. It 'was agreed that the shield extends to some tax offenses including false accounting. There remain doubts as to the date on which must have been activated and criminal tax cases not covered by the shield. With this new formulation of the shield, originally introduced by Decree 78 crisis, the de facto payment of 5% implies, according to a technical note widespread legislative office of the Democratic Party of the Senate, the exclusion of criminal prosecution for following tax offenses: fraudulent misrepresentation by the use of invoices or other documents, fraudulent misrepresentation by other devices, misrepresentation, failure to return; concealment or destruction of records. It is not enough, even for the following criminal offenses in corporate matters: false communications; false company to the detriment of the company, its shareholders and creditors. Whether all or only partially true reality is unworthy. A state that is periodic amnesties, pardons and anything else is not a serious condition but rather an incentive to commit a crime then why so much "eeehh, the well will sooner or later, an amnesty."
