Precious Moments Quilt Kits

I was born abroad, steal and work illegally. The law favors the negative behavior of an immigrant?

When an individual requires a resource that goes all out to grab as much as possible. Italy needs the contribution of immigrants in the workforce, however, immigration remains a sensitive issue and is still problematic. In our country there are about four million immigrants, a representation that exceeds 6% of the total population. The average is slightly higher than the rest of the EU, probably thanks to the increase in recent years caused by the opening border. With the accession of Romania into the EU, dated January 1, 2007, the Roma community has doubled, and so began pounding the media with respect to a large segment of the community of Romania. At this point it is time to follow a logical line: how can an immigrant arriving in Italy? Generally the foreign communities that are within our territory are in constant contact with those who reside outside their country of origin. A relative calls, taking advantage of "good" opportunities to get to Italy. The beginning is regulated by the presence of a tourist visa, generally lasting three months. Then it's limbo. We live in a precarious situation, and it is precisely in this passage that develop xenophobia and racism. At this stage the majority of immigrants live mainly: black labor, begging and petty theft. Undeclared work is a social evil, because it encourages tax evasion, but it is also a plague on the migrant is often the only person who adapts to perform certain tasks for a pay silly, and for which an Italian refuse, in the working conditions of slavery. Begging is a problem clearly related to the Roma, generally minor, often found in major public places to ask for alms. Small theft, however, are closely related to begging, and here some of the ethics of the Roma population is a bit 'as they are used less children. The simplest explanation in this regard was given by Chief of Police Batons in a speech to the Senate where it was explained that this situation is favored by the uncertainty of punishment. The juice is in the affirmation surgery "better today than it was a mild punishment, the promise of a future punishment that never comes." And so it happens in reality, if we think of a recent case where a Roma community has been blamed for child abuse. The mind of this organization was a woman with over 130 mug shots behind, without ever they were found the previous offenses. So often the foreigner becomes the protagonist's actions reprehensible, as well as an Italian citizen, but do not forget that the law encourages this with its own negligence. According to the facts then we must say that in Italy are a million and a half of immigrants, generally located in the North, where the work is to "ease" in Brescia, for example, where one worker in five is born abroad, or in the same Milan, where the ratio is one to seven. If you do not count the illegal workers must, therefore, emphasize that these workers contribute to the growth of GDP to 9%. The figure is important to demonstrate the fact that Italy without the contribution of these people could not bear to do, but you can not do enough in terms of legislation to facilitate the regularization and proper social integration. To demonstrate this talk about the data: in Italy in 2007 granted citizenship less than 40 000 foreigners. If we think that the European average is 700 thousand a year, roughly 2 000 people a day, the figure is very low. In Italy, however, we are always first in the ranking of various social problems. Pity then that we are not always aware of the case.
