As someone already know, are under the Councillor's scheduled meetings with the chairmen of school councils with the following agenda :

• Setting up new Presidents of School Councils;
• Skills representative bodies of the parents;
• Starting school year 2011/2012;
• Any other business.

The meetings are also convened their organizational position (OP)
