SUBJECT: Subscriptions to the "Summer Departments' and Nursery School Nursery School - July 2011.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE
The "Summer Departments" constitute an opportunity for play, exploration and meeting place for the children attending the local nurseries and preschools in the city during the month of July. The projects play / learning offered to children in "Sections summer are characterized by an educational approach aimed at ensuring the quality of educational services they provide and direct the organization of activities in relation to the summer. The children, followed by education personnel, can make significant experiences in a joyful atmosphere, finding their friends and meet new ones. Given the declining population in the city during the month of July, the summer home of the sections can be different from that busy during the school year. The locations related to services, which are annexed to this press release, are defined for operation in July. Any changes will be made only if it exceeds the actual capacity of the structure according to the entries or in cases of extraordinary emergency. OPENING HOURS AND
Sections summer work by Friday, July 1 to July 29, 2011 with the same articulation time agreed during the year:
nurseries
- hourly base rate of 9.00 - 16.00
- extended hours from 7.30 to 16.00 7.30 to 18.00 9 00 to 18.00
SCHOOL
- Input: from 8.00 am to 9.00
- first output: from 13.45 to 14.00
- second exit: from 15.45 to 16.00 and from 16.15 hours to 16.30 hours
- third exit: from 17.30 to 18.00.
ENTRIES
operations registration takes place at the secretariats of the nursery and nursery schools from March 14 to March 30, 2011 with the simultaneous payment of the fee.
Parents can choose from two enrollment options:
A - full month July 1 to 29
B - two weeks July 1 to 15 or July 18 to 29
PAYMENT "nurseries / spring sections"
Registration Sections Nido Summer / Spring sections involves the payment of the amount already applied during the school year 2010/2011. The amount may be paid as follows: · The total estimated amount, equal to the quota allocated during the school year 2010/2011, to be paid during the period of registration 14 to 30 March 2011. In case of non-attendance of the entire period of service, is refundable only a share of 40% of the amount paid. or: 60% of the expected contribution to be paid during the period 14 to 30 March 2011. This contribution is not refundable, and in the event of cancellation and frequency even a single day than the entire period of service, and the remaining 40% must be paid before the service and no later than June 17, 2011 and as proof of payment, the payment receipt must be submitted to the 'the child's admission to the Summer Departments and the child devoid of the payment is not allowed to work in July. The table (Annex 3) facilitates identification of the balances of payments and monthly fees to pay.
PAYMENT "SCHOOL"
Membership Sections Summer School del'Infanzia involves the payment of a fee in the manner set out in Annex 4. Summer Schools for Sections of the Child is expected to be billed: situations, on a written request to charge social services; o to the income limits shown in the table (Annex 4). The two-sheet payments payable to the Municipal Accounting and report the name of the Field Services for children and young people (meal service) - to be carried out in a single, non refundable, 14 to 30 March 2011. In the description of the bulletins, the parent must state the name of the child to whom the payment is. The child deprived of the payment is not allowed to work in July. The school meals service is paid separately and with the amount already applied during the school year 2010/2011. The receipts of the bulletins of payment must be received 14 to 30 March 2011 at the secretariat of the Nursery School of belonging.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
At the conclusion of entry operations, it will be the manager to arrive no later than April 2011 -4 - Technical-Pedagogical Coordination Office: § list of the names of children registered for home specifying the center of summer registration period and when provenenienza · duly signed paper copies of the summary schedules - as models Annexes 5 and 6.
